The fine print
Discounts, deposits & licences
Discounts
- 10% off your second week if you come to camp for two different weeks
- 5% off for all Veterans
- If everyone in your cabin buys a conservation licence and takes no fish home, Wine Lake discounts the trip by the cost of each licence (about $35 each)
Deposits & payment
- A deposit of $300 per person must accompany all reservations
- Personal checks, debit or credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard) accepted for deposits
- Cabin assignments are based on the number of confirmed parties in your group
- Final payment at check-out by cash, debit or credit card — no personal checks at that time
- Credit card fees apply (5%)
Licences & permits
- 8-day sport fishing licence: about $50 · 8-day conservation licence: about $30
- Non-resident hunting licences: about $130 small game, $250 black bear, $480 moose tags
- Guided moose hunts: $100 per half day extra
- Licences and export permits (about $225 CDN) are required to take meat and hides out of Canada
Add-ons
- Eagle's Nest Cottage at the landing (drive-up, sleeps six): $250 per night
- Fishing and hunting licences must be purchased BEFORE arriving at camp
